In order for the retailer to truly be successful selling Tiger Claw products, they have to be committed to educating the contractor on the correct use of Tiger Claw products. We recommend that the retailer work closely with their customers when proposing Tiger Claw and offer to provide them with one of the following:

• Live demonstration 

• Review the installation instructions

• View the installation DVD

Tiger Claw products are sold through two-step distributors into lumberyards and home centers nationally. In addition to providing the retailer with a new, innovative hidden fastening option for their customers to secure their decking, Tiger Claw also provides the retailer with the opportunity to substantially increase their revenues. Tiger Claw products, while extremely competitive when stacked up against our competition, are a very “high revenue density” product. 

Simple Packaging with few SKU's

Tiger Claw offers a hidden deck fastening solution for most decking materials. Most of Tiger Claw’s products are available in two convenient forms of packaging. 

Tiger Claw Hidden Deck Fasteners packaged in 90 count boxes are shipped to the retailer packed in master cartons of 12 / 90 count boxes per.

Tiger Claw Hidden Deck Fasteners packaged in 900 count Project Pails and 1400 count contractor buckets can be shipped in order as small as one bucket.

*Screws for TC-2 and TC-3 contractor buckets are available in 1480 count buckets sold separately.

Suggested Opening Order 

Tiger Claw recommends that the retailer purchase:

• Two master cartons TC-1S (12 / 90count boxes)

• Two master cartons TC-2S (12 / 90count boxes)

• Two master cartons TC-3S (12 / 90count boxes)

• One master carton TC-4S (12 / 90count boxes)

• One master carton Proclip (12 / 90count boxes)

• Two master cartons TC-G (12 / 90count boxes)

• One bucket TC-2S

• One bucket TC-3S

• One bucket TC-4S

The average deck today measures approximately 400 square feet.

Project Pails have fasteners and screws to cover a 500 square foot deck.

Each master carton contains enough fasteners to secure 600 square feet of decking resulting in less than 2 sales, so be sure stock up.

1400 count buckets should be sold to the customer with a deck project that approaches or exceeds 600 square feet. It is a better value for the customer.
