Skills:
• Sales experience, preferred
• High School diploma or G.E.D., required
• Bachelors degree in related field, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, required
• Excellent organization skills, required
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, required
• High degree of self motivation, required
• Excellent customer service orientation, required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred


Responsibilities:
• Drive sales plans outlined by Sales Program Manager and Regional Sales Managers
• Perform on-site demonstrations and product education sessions for customers
• Participate in customer trade shows and sales / promotional events
• Assist distributor sales representatives with customer needs
• Distribute sales tools and promotional items to customers
• Support and participate in selected industry trade shows
• Attend and participate in national sales meetings
• Assist with the creation and management of sales programs, travel tools and promotional events
• Identify marketing and sales opportunities and conduct research necessary to assemble information for review by sales management
• Work across business units to identify and improve gaps in sales and marketing business processes


Travel Requirements:
90%

Compensation:
Wages determined with experience and qualifications. Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage 30 days after the first day of employment, as well as 401K enrollment and tuition assistance.
